The Department of Human Resources' Displaced Homemaker Program has undergone a phase of regionalization of services, which has resulted in a decrease in program sites. The Department is committed to ensuring that all past and future participants have access to necessary services. Therefore, we have begun massive outreach efforts to local community-based organizations, commissions, and community action agencies. If services are needed in an area not listed above click here to link to the Maryland Commission for Women webpage to see additional available services offered through the Commission.
