DONATION PROGRAMS:

The Volunteer Office at DSS also serves as the point of contact for the community to donate goods and services to the community at large. Donations are accepted for families in need, as well as special lay funds that assist workers in providing monetary assistance to some customers.



Program Highlights

  • Each year, CCDSS is able to provide and average of one hundred children with school supplies and book bags to start their school year off right
  • The Annual "Neighbors In Need" Christmas drive provides toys, clothing, Christmas trees, and many other needs to an average of three hundred fifty families
  • DSS staff have donated time at the Annual Summerfest Celebration to raise money for the Community Assistance Fund
  • The Volunteer Office serves as a reference point for families that need furniture and clothing after fire or loss.
