Health & Wellness Information Resources

As a foster youth, or a youth receiving subsidized adoption services, your health care is paid for by Medicaid. Your safety, physical health and emotional well-being are the responsibility of the Baltimore Department of Social Services. You should be seeing a doctor for regular check-ups. If you have any special needs, your case worker can make sure you get the care you require.
